PetSafe Wire and Flags for Radio Fence System

Per the posted picture and product description "PetSafe Wire and Flag Kit for all PetSafe In-Ground Fence Systems by PetSafe Brand," I expected to receive RFA-1 solid 20 gauge cable (just the cable is also available at Home Depot online for $24.75), Petsafe plastic flags, and RFA-366 wire connectors. RFA- is the prefix used by most of the products that Petsafe manufactures for their in ground fence systems.

Instead I received the expected RFA-1 cable, a much cheaper "Dryconn waterproof connector" with instructions, and generic metal wired blank white flags.

The RFA-366 connectors are expensive, and unless ordered in a kit with wire and flags, are almost impossible to find unless you buy them directly from pet safe. The RFA-366 The "Dryconn" connectors are not reusable per the provided instructions. Furthermore, the Dryconn connectors do not enable the use of an external locking nut with which a solid splice can be verified before submerging the wires through the "waterproof" grease.

The metal flags are more dangerous than the plastic flags if ingested, as not only could they cause a blockage like the newer plastic flags, but they have the added disadvantage of also most assuredly causing a punctures throughout the digestive tract. Additionally, the blank flags do not indicate that it is an in ground fence that is being marked. These markings indicate to a passerby that the dogs coming towards them will be contained and that it is not something else like an electrical, sprinkler, sewer, or gas line that is being marked by the flags.

Please send the RFA-366 wire connectors as pictured and described in your product description. Failure to do so will result in me relentlessly pursuing this matter further.
