I have found this to be an effective and easy way to get in the needed minerals without swallowing large pills, which is typical for a lot of multi-mineral products. Product is not overly sweet and I often take it mixed into water or juice. This is a good product.

I have been a Peter Gillham fan for several years and recommend CALM, his Natural Vitality organic life vitamins and this 32 oz bottle of minerals.

I didn't take it regularly until about 5 days ago. I had it on hand for leg cramps which I had infrequently. It was very effective and fast in solving that problem but recently I have been having deep muscle aches in my legs. I thought maybe since I drink filtered water I should see if I was low on minerals so got out of bed and had 3 cap fulls of this product. Very quickly the achy-ness in my legs was gone. The next morning I had an even more important effect - I woke up with a significant improvement in the osteoarthritis pain in my left hip.
So I took 2 more cap fulls and was able to get around much much better than before. Dosage is 2 cap fulls a day but I'm taking 2 in the am and 2 in the pm before bed. I'll taper down to recommended dose once my depletion in minerals has stabilized. So why the improvement? I'm starting the research online but did find this: [...]
My hip injury is from a fracture that happened when I was thrown from a horse at 20. The osteoarthritis has been developing over time until I became disabled from it at 55 and was looking into surgery, using pain meds which I have avoided and using a wheel chair.
I don't know what to expect from this development but can tell you I will be contacting the company as asking them to not give up on this product as it has changed my quality of life in just 5 days.
Personally I don't care if the company doesn't have a tamper resistant barrier, this is a company I've come to trust.

I have been using this product for over 2 years. I discovered that each time I take 2 or 3 capfuls, I soon become energetic and suddenly find myself willing and able to tackle difficult and time consuming chores. I keep horses and a small farm so that means really heavy work for a small woman in her 50s. If I have to drive for many hours, I add 2-3 capfuls to a bottle of water and juice and sip; same for long bike rides, mountain hikes, overhauling the barn, stacking hay, refinishing the deck, cleaning the garage... I am amazed that no matter how tired I am, this product lifts my energy, strength and endurance. The more tired I am, and/or hard the work to be done, the more I take. For example: 3 capfuls versus 1. When taking care of 2 infants 3 days a week, I don't think I would ever have made it through 10 hour days without 3 capfuls in a bottle of water, sipped all afternoon. The flavor? I try not to notice... I think the sweetened variety tastes better than the plain, but I get more for my money with the plain, so I go with the plain and just add a shot of juice to my "mineral-water" concoction. I hope it works for you as it does for me... it has become one of my staple supplements that I don't want to run out of. Of course, going from vegetarian to vegan over the last 15 years increased my energy, improved my health- including stopping arthritis in it's tracks, but I still need a boost on really tough days.
