What a totally fulfilling and joyous story! Reading it I was taken back to "Platero and I", a story of equal beauty and innocence. Peter is a boy whose adventure epitomizes the resilence of the human spirit. One comes away from the story with the feeling that when we are ill, it is a chance nurture the memory of all the people who make our lives so special.
