This book is an excellent source of information for any cook looking for schools or educational programs, whether at the professional level or just for fun. Information is separated by Career/Professional Programs versus Recreational Programs and is indexed by state and country. It includes costs and contact information. Only additional piece of information I would have liked would have been assessments or recommendations on quality of the programs offered.
