Bernard Dubrulle, born in Charleroi, Belgium, on December 9th 1974, graduated in Tourism and Leisure in Liege, Belgium in 1997. Has a particular interest in writing and tourism in its many forms, focus on folklore festivals, local specialty products, tourist attractions, history, and beer for which his interest was born at a young age.
