This CD is wonderful. I saw the musical twice while I was in France, and couldn't get enough of it. The music is soothing, yet brings out all the intense joy and emotion of the book. Daniel LaVoie and Jeff do amazing jobs with the songs, and each song is a new discovery. I highly reccomend this CD to anyone, even if they don't speak French.

This is a gorgeous soundtrack. Almost every song is beautiful. There is so much emotion here. Richard Cocciante and Elisabeth Anais did an incredible job with this. And, the cast is absolutely phenomenal. I can listen to this over and over again without tiring of it.

Daniel Lavoie is perfect as always. Cathialine Andria has a beautiful voice. Jeff is just wonderful as the Prince. Richard Cocciante's melodies are wonderful. I can't even say with certaintly which song is best. They are all so very wonderful. This is just an exquisite piece of music. Entirely perfect.

As a high school teacher of French, I played the CD in my advanced French class with some initial concerns as to how it would be received. I have been going over the lyrics and playing each song individually to the class. MY CLASS HAS BEEN BLOWN AWAY! Several boys want to buy the CD for themselves. One girl wants to sing a song for our school's annual talent show. They love the voice of the Little Prince and ask me to play his songs frequently. Several students have become big fans of the book and their enthusiasm is making the class very delightful.

This CD is absolutely amazing. I am eighteen years old and I strongly dislike musicals; I don't enjoy watching them, and I don't enjoy listening to the music. But my french teacher played this cd for us in class after reading the book and I was blown away. The composition, the lyrics, and the amazing vocal talent that fills this CD makes it a must-listen for anyone who is a fan of Le Petit Prince, musicals, or anyone who speaks french. Even if you don't (though that leaves out the moving lyrics), this CD is just amazing. It's more than worth it to have it shipped over from france.

Being in the midst of reading "Le Petit Prince" in French class and watching the musical each new chapter I was obsessed with finding this CD for myself.
Once ordered, the CD arrived quicker than anticipated and in amazing condition. I was thrilled to import the songs onto my iPod to carry them around with me all day - truly amazing music and lyrics.
I would certainly recommend buying this product from this seller right here on Amazon.

Oh, I just can't get enough of Daniel Lavoie! He is wonderful as always in Le Petit Prince. Particularly in Éphémères and C'est Un Chapeau. Those are, perhaps my favorites. Tres Beau! Jeff is also quite the surprise. The more I listen to this the more artists I discover, that I would like to hear more of. I've begun to like Romain Cortèse who sings Le Renard. I've also begun to like Sébastien Izambard who sings Le Businessman, it is a shame that the only other thing he seems to have done(correct me if I'm wrong) is IL Devo, which personally I can't stomach(too cheesy). But many are wonderful on this CD. The only draw back is that there is quite a lot of talking, and this can be a bit difficult if you do not speak French! However, if you've read the book this is not a problem at all as naturally everything mimics the book. I do not speak french(only trying to learn) so got the book to help myself understand and it is a remarkable difference. I was confused about nothing and understood everything, it was a great help! Wonderful is you are trying to learn french! Plus, Sigh... I just love hearing Daniel Lavoie, even if he's just talking! If you need to hear some first go to you tube and look it up, you can watch just about all of it! Wonderful! If only the DVD were as easily accessible!The Little Prince
