Ingredients
Water, Organic Potatoes, Organic Spinach, Organic Onions, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Parsley, Organic Thyme

Directions
Keep frozen before use. Microwave: 1. Remove lid and safety seal. 2. Microwave on low heat setting in 30 second intervals until warm. 3. Stir and allow to cool. 4. Test temperature and serve. Stovetop: 1. Thaw overnight in refridgerator. 2. Empty portion into pot and heat until warm. 3. Stir and allow to cool. 4. Test temperature and serve.
