I just received this for my shih tzu puppy. It says rated to 15 pounds but no way are you going to get a 15 pound anything into this. It is cute and appears to be well made with lots of ventilation. It folds up to a small footprint. It will last my 2 pound puppy for a another month until he outgrows it but I think anything above a 3 pound animal will max it out.
My 14.5 pound shih tzu could get half his body, crouched, into it and that filled it up completely. So, it wins on looks and durability and portability but I have to give it a negative when it says rated up to 15 pounds. If you have a pet that is not too leggy and will not exceed 3 pounds and you just need a transport kennel (no room to turn around and leggy dogs won't be able to stand up) then this would be a good choice for your transport needs.
I cannot recommend this as a kennel your tiny pet would sleep or remain in for any length of time, except for travel - if it will be taken out frequently.
