This is the best cat litter box ever. Very little smell escapes, minimal litter-trekkage, your cats feel like they're having a private moment... My cats love it, and I'm happy as a buttercup.

I was hesitant to order this, just because of a few negative comments below. I let it sit in my cart for a little while before finally giving in. My girl really, really, really likes to bury her waste, and has no problem kicking litter all over the bathroom-- and sometimes even into my bedroom. I live in a small 1-bdrm apartment, so litterboxes have been a big hassle because of space and odor control. I had tried many litterboxes before, medium sized litter pans, disposable litterboxes, ones with tall walls, one time my boyfriend even cut out one wall of a box and put a litterbox in there in hopes of containing her litter kicks. Tried a covered litterbox but it was so big and awkward (and hard to get liners for) that I ended up giving it away to someone on craigslist.
But after spending several hours scrubbing away at my bathroom floors to get off all the litter-turned-mud (because of the occasional wet floors after a shower, moisture trap, etc), I was done dealing with flying litter.
My cat does squat when she pees, so I haven't experienced any weird pee on the walls or coming out the sides. Honestly, the bottom of the box is not that shallow, and if your cat does that then you have a whole new set of litterbox requirements. Also, the box is really not that small at all, though I suppose if you have a very large cat then maybe this isn't the box for you. The liners, like the post below, end up messed up and swimming in the litter within a day, but I'm going to try taping it to the outer rim and that will probably help. It would be nice if they would make them with drawstrings or something, because they're basically worthless if you just put them in without any reinforcement (because the top of the box just sits on it and doesn't latch or have a hard close, it doesn't keep them down).
The only downfall to this box at all, is that my cat was reallllly hesitant to use it the first few days, and she's the least bit picky normally. She's never been that weird about anything (including her last covered litterbox). I think it helps to leave the top off for a couple days until they get used to it. And she seems to be over it now.
I really like the design and color of this, it's definitely the most attractive I've found. But the most amazing part about all of this is that it KEEPS THE LITTER IN!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is still a bit to clean up in front of the box as some litter can still get kicked out the door, but it has been very minimal. I wish I saw they have a matching littermat before placing my order, now I'll have to pay shipping for that all over again. Oops.
Basically, if you have a cat that isn't huge and squats when they pee, and especially if they're kick-happy with their litter, this is the box for you!!!!
