This product is truely amazing,

This product is truely amazing, and I don't say this lightly.
If your pet has tartar build-up, you should try this; I promise you, you will be glad you did. Two and a half years ago we found a small poodle on our back porch. I took her to the vet for a check-up, and he estimated her age to be around 9. We were never able to locate her owners, and have come to believe that she was put there by someone who could no longer care for her. Her cataracts were so bad, that she could not see. I have managed to clear them up somewhat with another product. Her teeth have had some amount of tartar ever since, in spite of having her on another product that is added to her drinking water. Unwilling to put her through the danger of anesthesia to have her teeth cleaned by the vet, the last time the other product ran out, I came online to order more, and stumbled on this product. That was only a month ago. Her teeth now have almost no tartar left, and I fully expect them to be as clean as the pictures on the manufacturer's web site. It freshens her breath when I spray it on; it has a very pleasant minty smell. She doesn't much care for the sound of the spray, so when this runs out, I will order the gel. The price may seem expensive at first look, but this bottle is going to last a long time; I'm guessing about 6 months. I am absolutely amazed at what this product has done for her teeth, and I could not be happier. Tartar build up, and teeth decay, can lead to serious complications, such as infection, and heart disease, which can lead to an untimely death if not caught in time. I gave this a 5 star rating, but it deserves a 10. The product's web site is PetzLife.com. There are many, many testamonials and color before-and-after photos there, and I assure you, they must be authentic, because I am having the same results.

I used to use Leba but decided to try PetzLife because it was less expensive and found that it also works better than Leba. My dogs are ~70 lbs each so each gets 5 squirts instead of Leba's 2 squirts but my dogs don't mind the extra squirts (just squirt fast!), the cost per application is still cheaper, and bottom line is that it works. It works as long as the spray gets in their mouth but sometimes I try to spray it on the teeth that show more buildup (especially those way in the back) and have seen those get cleaner too. I used to brush their teeth but got lazy. I bet brushing once in a while with a dry brush (no toothpaste) would get their teeth even cleaner!

I have used Periosupport in the past and found it to work well and it was easy to give to the dogs. However this spray seems to work better. 5 of my 7 dogs tolerate my spraying their mouths daily. 2 of the 7 HATE it and it quite a struggle to use it. It seems to make the tarter softer and easier to get off when I scrape their teeth. It seems to prevent a tarter build up. I have used it over a month now and would recommend it if you have dogs that are going to let you handle their head/mouth easily.

Okay, First things first. I didn't actually use Petzlife. I did look at the ingredients list, did some research on the individual ingredients using pubmed.org, and then went to a health store and formulated my own. Of the ingredients that appear to be significant are neem oil, peppermint oil and ethanol (or just good ol' vodka). All three are strong antibacterials and can be consumed in small quantities safely. You might actually be able to get away with just spraying plain vodka on your dog's teeth. As crude as this sounds, ethanol is an excellent disinfectant. Before giving the formulation to them, I sprayed it in my mouth. I can attest it tastes terrible, and my dogs seemed to agree. Nevertheless, I had similar results. One month later, the dark green fossilized plaque fell off my twelve year old dog's back molars. She stopped pawing at her face (an indication of gum infection), her gums stopped bleeding when she chewed, and her hot trash of a breath disappeared.
If I skip several days, her gums start to revert and her bad breath appears once again. Luckily, I can make this spray at a fraction of price in my own kitchen.

Big Bad Breath- GONE!,

I was hopeful Petzlife Oral Care spray would work on my dachshund's built up tartar. My only regret- that I did not order it sooner! Tartar has been flaking off, her gum line is returning to a healthy pink (from brown and black). Her breath- which used to make grown men turn away, has improved so much! Great results in just the first couple of weeks!
I chose the peppermint flavor and while my dog is not thrilled, she does not seem to mind having it sprayed on her teeth. Using this is far less stressful on her than going into the vet for tartar removal.

Love love love this product. After a couple of $300 vet bills for cleaning my dogs teeth, I came upon this product. No more expensive bills and my dogs teeth are cleaner than ever.
I would give it 10 stars if I could. I have never believed in a product this much. It is so much easier and more effective than anything I have ever tried. I would much rather spritz a couple of sprays than brush my dogs teeth, and the fact that it works (and quickly) is crazy to me. It removes ALL of the built up plaque, which in turn makes her gums healthy and her breath fresh. The vet couldn't believe the improvement Notes: !. My dog was a rescue and started with terrible teeth. The vet even called them disgusting 2. Tartar and plaque build up very quickly on her teeth and the vet had initially recommended 2 cleanings a year. Now, she doesn't need any:) 3. I tell everyone about it and do indeed gift it to anyone who complains about their dogs teeth. It's worth it to get them to try it

We've loss count over the years of how much we've spent having our different pet's teeth cleaned by our Vet's. This product and the gel is not expensive at all compared to the Vet's prices which include anesthesia and possible removal of precious teeth that animals need for eating/chewing, let alone the trauma of undergoing the cleaning. Our pet Brandy is a middle size dog, 50 pounds, and a year ago at almost 8 years old, we had to have a 2nd cleaning done and she had to have two teeth extracted in the back. The cost $600.00 and that was one of the lower estimates that I got!! The Vet said that some animals are more prone to tartar than others and went thru a long explanation, even though we have her on a good diet, no junk, etc. I've had vet's recommend CET toothpaste and products that you add to their water that had chemicals & preservatives, gel that you start right after the cleaning and only put on 1 day a week, etc, etc. and after $$$$$, they didn't work. On top of that I recently discovered there's sugar in the toothpastes that add to the problems. So after doing more research came across this product and also one called ProDen PlaqueOff that is also all natural that you put a small amount in the food. We started both products about four weeks ago and already can tell a difference in the tartar and color of her teeth. I really like this spray and will be buying the gel to use for brushing also. I'm so glad that finally someone has come out w/natural products for our pets that aren't full of preservatives, chemicals or sugar that either do nothing or add to the problem.

I've only been using this for about a month with my two dogs, and one dog definitely shows improvement while the other one only a little. They're both 4, I've done little brushing of their teeth given the difficulty, but this seems to be working. They're both large breeds though so it seems to be going quickly, and my only negative is that the pump seems to get the solution "stuck" quite often so it requires several more pumps to get the solution to spray back out again.

THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. DECIEDED TO TRY THIS BEFORE SPENDING $200 FOR THE VET TO CLEAN MY DOGS TEETH. WAS RELUCTANT TO HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE AS I HAVE HAD FRIENDS WHO LOST PETS DOING THIS. WELL, A COUPLE OF SQUIRTS A FEW TIMES A WEEK, AND RESULTS ARE AMAZING. HARDLY ANY BUILD-UP ON HER TEETH AND HER BREATH IS SWEET AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE . THIS IS ONE SUPER PRODUCT.
