I bought this watch as a xmas gift for my wife she loved it . All it needed was the watch strap to be adjusted ,we took it to 5 different jewellers and they said they cannot adjust it because they havent seen this type of strap before and they will not attemp to alter it because it is ceramic and it may break .I finaly got in touch with a swiss watch maker in brisbane city who will look at it but no promises so il take a day off work to go and hopefully get it adjusted .Amazons return policy is a mine field of conditions and pretty much a waste of time with all the conditions very fustrating and disapointing .dont buy this watch and read amazons return policy if you throw away any thing from that box you cannot return it .I saved for 3 months to buy that watch so i feel very angry but hey as long as the big companys are laughing all the way to the banks ay.

this watch is NOT black. it's GUNMETAL. yes, there is a difference. the pictures and the word "black" in the description had me thinking the watch would be a BLACK watch. gunmetal is more of a dark charcoal with a sheen to it. think hematite. i wanted a flat black watch and i chose this one over the many michael kors choices out there because i thought the silhouette was more streamline and sophisticated. however, instead of the rich black color i was looking for, it was a dark gray.

and although this doesn't really have to do with the watch itself, i signed up for an amazon prime trial so that i could get this watch shipped to me in 2 days for free, since i am moving out of my current address and wanted to receive it before leaving this location. the watch ended up taking 2 days longer than expected, which defeated the purpose of the trial and free 2 day shipping. needless to say i won't be subscribing to the full year of amazon prime.

Couldn't tell in the photo just how big this watch is. Should have paid more attention to the measurements given. This watch would be perfect for a woman with a strong arm, a watch fetish, or a hidden desire to be in the WWF or Navy Seals. We sent it back.
