Absolutely gorgeous dishes that we just loved for their color and design and that it was Pfaltzgraf. Sadly these are NOT MICROWAVE SAFE as advertised. Did not heat the food or liquids only SUPERHEATED the ceramic - burned husbands hand..after only 45 seconds; found out this is a commom misconception with new Pfaltzgraff made in China. Current products do not meet the criteria for microwave safe, had to return and find another set of dishes that pass the microwave test. This set was purchased to complete the 32 pc we had just got from another supplier so as to have 12 place settings. Had to send it all back. Very disappointed.

Plates developed spiral crack underneath the glaze after about one month's use. This are cheaply made in China and not up to the standad of phatzgrpah products. Also, easily chip for stoneware. Absolute junk at a premium price.

Beautiful tuscan rooster, 16-pc service for 4. This was an addition to my other set.
I use them for everyday use. They are sturdy and well made. This is a great addition
for my rooster kitchen.
