This classic set of Pfaltzgraff stoneware can be dressed up or down--use it everyday or for your most formal entertaining. Basic off-white with an understated filigree pattern of gently scalloped edges and embossed arches, the stoneware exhibits a subtle beauty. It's pretty but not overly feminine, so it wouldn't be out of place in a bachelor pad. The covered sugar bowl holds 8 ounces; the creamer holds 10 ounces (1-1/4 cups). As with all Pfaltzgraff dishes, single replacement pieces are available if you ever break, say, just the lid. The stoneware is microwave-, oven-, freezer-, and dishwasher-safe.
