It was as expected. We ordered two sets to have 8 pieces of each. The color is very pretty and the quality of the plates are topnotch.

Only disappointing thing about these dishes is that the dinner plates are a little too tall for my dishwasher. The plates clack against one another when the basket is moved. Also, they lean too tightly against one another so I separate each one with a salad plate. Otherwise, I am pleased with the color and the finish.
