I love the Napoli design, and I do own the canisters. I did not buy them at Amazon. The quality is not what you might expect from a company that has been around as long as Pfaltzgraff. They are not as heavy or sturdy as I had hoped. I had one chip shortly after I bought it. I have also read other reviews online stating the dinnerware had similar issues. For that price, it should be better. Maybe that's what you get when an American product is made in China sometimes...

I bought these beautiful canisters and washed them in short wash in my dishwasher. I let them dry out for a month and then filled with sugar etc. The pottery does retain moisture even after long air drying. Just beware I would wipe them down with a damp rag in the future.

Canister Set
