I bought 2 of these bowls a year ago, and I use them frequently to serve pasta or soup. I have even used them to hold the cheese when I am grating a block of cheese to make a dish. I think these bowls are very versatile, and at the price I paid for them which was $5 each, I think they are a great bargain.
