A hefty 12 oz mug at a great price. Haven't found that it overheats as another reviewer noted. Great for k-cup large cup setting with a tad of milk.

The mugs arrived in good shape. Even though they were back ordered, they arrived within a few weeks of the other items. I was pleased that you (Amazon) still sent the items with no shipping charge as stated even though they were shipped separately. thanks

The mugs were not packed well and arrived with one handle broken. Amazon promptly shipped a replacement that arrived with three handles broken. We returned them for a refund.

These coffee mugs are very pretty and good quality. They are the perfect size and weight that I was looking for. They arrived very fast also.

I ordered these mugs on sale to match the Winterberry Pfaltzgraff teapot. I am delighted with the teapot, and was slightly disappointed that the mugs did not have the embossed design that the teapot had. However, they make excellent coffee mugs, and so far, have been a good value for the price. They arrived in excellent shape, although not packed quite so well as the teapot. I have not tried using them in the microwave. I have always had excellent service on everything ordered through Amazon.com

We purchased some Pfaltzgraff mugs and just heating my milk for my coffee for 90 seconds in the microwave they got scalding hot. When my boyfriend picked it up by the handle he got severely burned burned in the 4 places on his hand that came in contact with the mug(he set it back down in the microwave immediately) and it took six weeks to heal, one place leaving a terrible scar that is still very sensitive even after 6 months. We contacted the company and they asked for photos and doctor bills(he had to had his hand wrapped about 4 times and take medication for infection at made him really sick and miss work)and we provided them with all the documentation. In the end they said they were not responsible saying 'microwave safe' does not mean it may get burning hot. Well that is news to me. I will never buy their products again. It seems after looking for others with similar burn issues people were saying after they started producing in China there was lead used in the paint and we think that is the reason after reading up on someone else who got severely burned. We are outraged and worried an elderly person or small child may get burned. As my boyfriend hands are typical male hard working hands I can't imagine what would happen to someone with tender skin.
