These Pfaltzgraff dishes are beautiful, and we have used them for many years. My only complaint is that the surfaces of the dishes scratch easily by silverware. I have read that the scratches can be removed with a ceramic stovetop cleaner and elbow grease, but I haven't tried. I don't have that kind of arm strength any longer.

Soft colors, delicate style, good size mugs, wonderful side pieces such as the Teapot, sugar & creamer, butter dish and salt and pepper shakers. My grandchildren like the fact that their "Grandma Holly" uses these Winterberry..aka Holly Berry dishes for everyday meals.

I love the dishes I got. They are very high quality and I plan to use them often.

I have been wanting a set of these dishes for 10 years now and the price at Amazon.com couldn't be beat! I received my shipment five days earlier than expected. Two if the sets came perfectly, but I was disappointed to find the third set had four broken dishes. I called Amazon.com customer service, and they immediately ordered replacements. The dishes are beautiful and, thanks to Amazon's customer service, my Christmas table will look lovely this year.

I love this 48 piece set. It is so pretty and could be used all winter long since the pattern is not designed for Christmas only---which is what I wanted. Ordering was easy; delivery was prompt. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that 1 cup was broken during shipping.

We ordered these thinking we would received in a few weeks in time for Christmas, and were pleasantly surprised when they arrived 2 days latter before Thanksgiving!The product itself is nice heave glazed stoneware. They appear to be microwave and dishwasher safe. The care instructions even indicate that you can put in the oven up to 350 degrees. The Winterberry print is beautiful. I had reservations about ordering dishes online, but have to say that the packaging was excellent. With the many pieces in a setting for 12 not 1 piece was damaged or chipped in any way. I'm Thankful for Amazon this Thanksgiving!

Would recommend for holiday season, use gently have noticed after 2years of use for only 3 dinners each year you can see scrapes or silverware marks on the dishes, not for every day use.

I love the dishes I just got. I have admired them from afar for a few years.
I even gave a platter and pie plate to my sister-in-law last year for xmas, and now wished I kept them for myself. Hearing this, my sister and brother bought them for me for this Christmas. I can't wait to use them, my turn to cook xmas dinner for family this year. Order arrived on time, and excellent condition. I am getting some other pieces now. Very reasonably priced.
