The product description does not mention that the spout DOES swivel. That's what I originally wanted anyway but beware, if you want a spout that is stationary this is not for you. The swivel spout is a nice feature along with the ceramic and chrome single handle. They both operate smoothly with one hand operation. The spout has a water saver filter on the end. The unit is nicely chromed and shiny and the drain pipe has a chromed lip (top part of drain) and stopper. The stopper pull is also chromed. The drain pipe (under sink) itself is plastic which will outlast the cheap metal ones. All the hardware and instructions are included for an easy install.
The water lines are braided steel and long with 3/8 fittings and also includeds a set of 1/2in.to 3/8in. adapters (brass fittings).
Look around for better pricing. I ordered this same unit from Amazon for $[...] bucks (shippping included) just last month, so I'm wondering why it's 155 dollars now?? Maybe the economy is starting to pick up. I don't see it yet!!
***Forgot to mention.. this unit has two base plates and putty rings and can be used on a sink with a single hole or it will cover 3 holes if you have a sink with holes spaced at 4" on center with one in the middle, which is what I had.Read more ›
