We really needed to replace an old, leaky faucet in our rental house, and not wanting to spend too much on a new one, chose this model. We've been very pleased with it. Installation was simple, and everything worked the first time with no leaks. I will suggest that the sprayer hose is quite curled out of the box, and so doesn't pull out or retract too easily. The easy fix for that is to pull it most of the way out, then run the hottest water you have through it for a minute or two to heat the hose. Having done that straighten it out as best you can along the countertop, weighing it down as necessary, then let it cool in that position. This will mostly reset the shape of the hose so it works better.

The product picture shows a white sprayer which makes no sense to me. It comes with a matching chrome sprayer which is very powerful. No leaks if installed properly, smooth on/off operation.

The only con is the supply line is very short. If you have a deep sink, it's very difficult to get in there to connect the flexible supply hose. The solution is to connect the supply hoses to the faucet BEFORE mounting. If your supply hoses are more than a couple of years old, it may be hard to reconnect without them leaking so consider replacing both the faucet and the supply hoses at the same time.
[...]

Tips for replacement installation:

Items needed: various wrenches, channel grip for 1/2 nut, plumber's putty, teflon plumbers tape, WD40.

Spray the connections with some WD40 to loosen them. Turn off the water and disconnect the 3/8" flexible supply hose nuts from the angle shut off valve. Unscrew the mount and remove the faucet and the supply hose. This is much easier than trying to remove the flexible supply hose crammed behind the sink. If the hose is in good shape, remove it from the faucet or just toss it if you are replacing it.

To install, apply some teflon tape to the threads of the 1/2 threads and install the flexible hoses to the faucet BEFORE mounting. Follow instructions for installing. Connect 3/8" connector to angle shut off valve using teflon tape.

Important: You will need to use a wrench to lock the faucet's hose in place as you screw in the supply hose. Doing it without locking may destroy the faucet hose if you twist it.

Tip: To prevent damaging the sprayer hose from pulling it out too far, tape something to the hose to prevent it from pulling out too far. My old hose was damaged from it being pulled out too far kinking the hose connection in the same spot.

Easy to install. The handle has to be centered exactly or it drips .

I don;t think I would buy it again.

I bought this a year ago for my rental home, looks real nice and works perfectly for the first year, but now a year later the faucet is giving out and the handle seems like it will break soon. Might be looking for another....

We leased a cottage in the retirement community. The kitchen sink faucet consisted of two small knobs ýand a low dispenser. I ordered a single lever faucet with a spray and it has exceeded expectations for the ýprompt delivery and the very favorable price. Thank you Amazon and the supply company!

I've owned this faucet since 2008 and it continues to perform as well as the day I purchased and installed it. No leaks, the master valve is smooth and throttles water flow properly and the surfaces shine up like new with little effort.

Installation is a breeze assuming you have ready access to all connectors and connections. I had to use a basin wrench to reach my connections. The biggest problem I had was the connectors that fasten the assembly to the top of the sink basin. But that is because my under-sink area is crowded. If you have the right tools and good access this can be installed quickly and easily.

Considering that this is performing like new five years after I've purchased it says a lot, and especially considering the low price. I recall that when I was shopping for a new faucet most were a lot more expensive than this one, which is why I almost passed it by. The price was too good to be true. I took a chance because the store from which I purchased mine had a liberal return policy. I am so happy I did.

The only problem I have experienced with this is I need to periodically tighten the bottom nut that anchors the side spray assembly. That is not a design flaw, but more because I was never able to completely reach that nut with any tool I own, so have had to content myself with hand tightening it.

Bottom like: sometimes you get a lot more than you pay for. Give this one a serious look.

Installed perfectly and works perfectly but for some reason the handle get so loose. Still turns water on to correct flow and temperature but handle keeps getting looser. Will probably have to replace before we move.
