Someone needs packaging 101,

I cannot comment directly on the rod & reel as I never received one intact. The first order arrived with the tip of the rod broken off. The replacement arrived with the tip broken off and snapped in half. With a little more thought in packaging I would be fishing rather than writing reviews.
