Contains black and white versions of Sundays October 23, 1949 through March 2, 1952. Contains all of a great series "The Phantom's Ring" in which the present Phantom has to perform the feats of his grandfather to convince the cannibalistic Rope People he is really the phantom. This is followed by The Tale of Devil (his wolf-dog) which is completed in the next volume.
