Editorial Reviews

Three spine-tingling classics of fear and mystery! In Phantom of 42nd Street, an unknown killer haunts the world of the theater, leaving a quotation from a classic drama pinned to each victim's body. Can a theater critic turned detective protect a distinguished actor and his daughter from becoming the next targets? Then a noted philanthropist is fingered as the terrifying Phantom Killer, thanks to a deaf-mute janitor witness. Finally, a Phantom of Chinatown strikes during a lecture on the discovery of a lost tomb and swipes a valuable scroll. Only detective Jimmy Wong (Keye Luke) can find the killer and solve the secret of the missing artifact!

The Phantoms of Death triple Feature Review

The Phantom Killer falls short. . Unfortunately 8 minutes of this Feature is missing the begining .
Note: Mantan Moreland was key in those 8 minutes before the feature story picks up.
These 8 minutes is very essential to to the rest of the Phantom Mystery.
I was very disappointed.

After watching, you can determine as to what is taking place.

The two other Features were good.

The Phantoms of Death triple Features Would have recieved a 4 stars had the
The Phantom Killer been complete.

The DVD presentation, that is. Phantom of Chinatown is in pretty good acceptable shape, but can be found on the Mr. Wong series set. Phantom Killer is a butchered re-issue missing lots of footage. Phantom of 42nd Street is splicy.
