Without a doubt the authoritative book on this subject. Our law firm has substantial dealings and clients in the pharmaceutical/biotech fields, and this book has quickly become our go-to source for Pharmacy Law.

The explanations are clear and detailed, all the latest and important judicial decisions are covered, and everything is reviewed with such clarity and sophistication that it is evident the authors have researched the material thoroughly and comprehend it fully. A must have and highly recommended.

Ever wonder what to do when a less than unclear pharmacy law question comes up? Do you take time to try to find the answer in an outdated California Pharmacy Law book or do you just call a pharmacist friend to see what they would do? Don't fall into this trap and make the same mistake your friend has been doing. Keep this book handy to see if it can help you decide what is right. This review book of pharmacy law is somewhat of a "Cliff's Notes" version of CA Pharmacy law that brings important highlights of current topics and new changes to CA law that can refresh your memory as to what to do when a dilemna's arises. Though no book can cover every possible legal scenario of everyday practice, this book offers 100 or so "What if" cases to think about. Marcus, Cohen & Sedghani have done a wonderful job with this book.........that is actually used as primary textbook in many pharmacy schools!

This book was very helpful in preparing to take my state pharmacy law exam. This book is an excellent choice for reviewing pharmacy law because the authors have put together a one stop shop for all possible questions regarding California Pharmacy Law. Easy read (not dry) great examples, and practice questions at the end of the sections are very helpful!
