A Versatile modular GPS solution that offers three hardware configurations: - Attach the receiver through your PDA's CompactFlash slot making it completely portable. - When you are inside your vehicle, you can simply detach the receiver and use the extention cable to set the receiver on your dashboard for improved reception. - If you forget your CF expansion pack, or need to leave the CF slot open for memory or a wireless card, you can connect your receiver to the included iPAQ H3800-5400 or Dell Axim cable assembly and use the included car adapter to power the receiver and your PDA simultaneously. Both in-car solutions will charge the PDA through the 12V cigarette lighter in the vehicle so that the battery of the PDA will not run out. Now with the Pharos GPS solution, any consumer can enjoy the benefits of turn-by-turn navigation without the high cost of an in-car system.

The Pharos Pocket GPS worked perfectly right out of the box! It is extremly accurate both when walking and driving. The voice prompts are excellent and easy to follow...even if you miss your exit. The program will automatically reroute you back on track! The maps are quite detailed and accurate.
