Rare Material made highly readable.,

This book handles a rather arcane area of digital communications - Phase and Differential Phase Modulation. However, it is amazingly readable. I highly recommend it for DSP algorithm designers, and others who must implement practical solutions in working hardware. That sets the book apart from many other communications texts, which don't make the connection to real world implementations. Bravo to the publisher for agreeing to publish such rare material.
