I have given the Phaser 6180MFP five stars in all available categories. Had there been a categories for "Ease of setup" and "Documentation" it would have gotten four and three stars respectively in those.
That said, the Phaser 6180MFP is a very reliable workhorse that does everything it is supposed to do and does it well.
Xerox customer service is pretty good; waiting time is minimal and the a.e. is resonably understandable.

My main printing is training manuals (hundreds of pages duplex color printing). I scan every document I get and keep truly paperless archives.
My faxing is minimal but I use a dual number single line with an automatic switch. It works as it should.
I do not use the email feature and make very few hard copies.

This arrived quickly, but the duplex feature was a little misleading. It only duplexes when you are printing directly from a computer, not when making copies. It's a little complicated to learn how to maximize it's usefulness, but that may just be due to my own impatience.
