Directions
Swallow one or two softgels as needed after a meal. Do not exceed two softgels per day except under the advice and supervision of a physician. Store at room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C).

This product works pretty quickly and that's a good thing because I've been dealing with industrial strength flatus for sometime now. I have so much windage that I find myself taking the maximum amount allowed each day (per the directions). It's been a lifesaver during those times when I couldn't just walk outside and let loose.
