2.0 out of 5 stars Fogs up way too quickly, March 30, 2009
This review is from: Phil & Teds Double Storm Cover (Baby Product)
I purchased this cover specifically for going to wet and windy Ireland. I was going for 4 months so knew it would come in handy! It does what its supposed to do ie keep the wind and rain out but it fogs up very quickly, which kind of freaked me out as I thought the children weren't getting enough air (the stroller was in the infant-toddler mode). Also you cannot quickly access the children - there should be a zipper or something like that to access the toddler quickly in the front, much easier to access the infant at the back.

4.0 out of 5 stars Does the trick, September 10, 2009

The rain cover does a pretty good job of keeping the kids dry. It does have a couple of drawbacks, it is almost impossible to get it on and have it stay in place. The part that covers the child in back has velcro on the sides and it is often pulled so tight that the velcro comes undone. Also, there are two openings right where your hands would be to hold the handle of the stroller and push, but these never seem to line up with the handle, instead the openings just let water in on the child in back. It was worth purchasing though because its the only thing that will fit the awkward shape of the stroller and for the most part the children stay dry.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for just cold outings, November 29, 2008

This cover is perfect for keeping the wind out on those colder days. I didn't think I would need it because when its stormy outside, I'm not taking the baby out. But when its a nice winter day with some wind, this keeps the baby nice and cozy inside with perfect visibility.
