Reflections on Quality is a very thin short book with quotes from Philip Crosby, the quality guru. You can read it in probably 30 minutes, or read a couple every day.
The quotes are simply a collection of sentences from the books he has written. If you have read e.g. Quality is Free, then you will recognize a lot of his quotes. Phil Crosby is quite funny and insightful and so are his quotes. I enjoyed this small book and, if you like Phil Crosby, I'd recommend you get a copy of it. Some example quotes: "Many of the most frustrating and expensive problems we face today come from paperwork and similar "communication" devices." "Once you put on a suit, no one tells you the truth anymore" |
