Product Description

10pc. Cookware Set-Non-Stick Hard Anodized Set-Philippe Richard Use and Care Instructions are as follows: Before First Use: Wash pan in warm soapy water. 'Season' Pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Wipe off any excess oil. Oven Cooking: Non-Stick Cookware is oven safe to 350F. Do not use under the boiler as it may cause damage to the non-stick coating. Always use oven mittsor pot holders when removing pots or pans from the oven as the handles will also get hot. Glass lid is not recommended for oven use above 270F. Cooking Utensils: Tabletops Unlimited Inc. uses non-stick coating on the interiors of the cookware. Though this is a premium coating and is very durable, we do not recommend using metal utensils to mix, stir or release food from our pans. Wood, plastic or nylon tools are preferred. Do not use under the broiler as it may cause damage to the non-stick coating. Cleaning: Clean-up is as simple as using a sponge and warm soapy water, or cookware is also dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive cleaning pads.

2.0 out of 5 stars Rust!, September 23, 2006
This review is from: Philippe Richard 10 Piece Nonstick Hard Anodized Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I bought a large Phillippe Richard cookware set (4 skillets and 4 pots, 5 lids, baking rack and pan and utensils) and within a year it has developed rust from the "non-stick" surface wearing off. I only put the lids in the dishwasher, and I've had no problem with them. I don't scour these pots and pans or use very rough cleaning pads, but the Teflon-wannabe coating on the pieces themselves certainly explains the great deal I got on this set at JCPenney Home Store. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a nicer brand. You'll end up buying new ones before too long anyway when this one rusts.

1.0 out of 5 stars WORTHLESS, December 11, 2005

This review is from: Philippe Richard 10 Piece Nonstick Hard Anodized Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I received a set of Tabletops Unlimited cookware for my housewarming and the first time I hand washed them, the nonstick coating started peeling. I only used a plastic spoon in it and one pot I just made green beans so I didn't even stir them and the coating is chipping off. I called and emailed the manufacturer numerous times and no one will call me back. Now I have to go out and buy another set of cookware. What am I supposed to tell my aunt when she asks me why I have new pots? That the ones she bought me weren't worth 2 cents? DO NOT BUY THIS COOKWARE!!!!

This review is from: Philippe Richard 10 Piece Nonstick Hard Anodized Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I bought this cookware before christmas for myself...I have had great results with it and it is beautiful.
I am careful, as I would be with any...not to use metal or anything abrasive.
Great product for a Great price.
