About the Author
Evelyn Peplow was born in the Philippines but continued her education in the US, gaining a Master's in Journalism at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She has written features on travel and is the author of several books, including Hong Kong from A-Z and Pollution: Our Common Enemy, Among the books she has edited are China's Imperial Way, Twelve Hong Kong Walks, and One of the Lucky Ones; the autobiography of Lucy Ching.
