Philips Norelco's best shave yet, the SensoTouch 3D gives you the ultimate shaving experience. Its GyroFlex 3D system has three dynamic parts that move independently, flexing outward, pivoting around, and tilting inward, following the natural contours of your face.
Also, the UltraTrack shaving heads catch every hair in just a few strokes with three specialized shaving tracks: slots for the long hairs, channels for the longer hairs, and holes for the shortest stubble. And the Patented Super Lift&Cut dual blade system lifts hairs to cut comfortably below skin level. This razor gets the job done without leaving any stray hairs or stubble behind.

With the SensoTouch 3D, you can shave any way you want. The AquaTec seal gives you the option of either a comfortable dry shave or a refreshing wet shave with shaving cream or gel. And the low-friction SkinGlide shaving surface slides smoothly along your skin for a close shave without irritation.

Designed for ease of use, the SensoTouch 3D has an easy-to-hold handle with an ergonomic grip for optimum control. The convenient trimmer offers skin-friendly precision for your mustache, goatee, or side burns.
Cordless, Travel-Friendly Design
The SensoTouch 3D charges in one hour and provides up to 50 minutes (or a maximum of 17 days) of shaving time. A display lets you know how much power remains in the lithium-ion battery and when you need to replace the blades.
The SensoTouch 3D is completely cord free, has a travel lock, and comes with a protective pouch, so you can toss it in your bag, briefcase, or suitcase when you're on the go. Additionally, the razor features a worldwide voltage function that adjusts automatically from 100 volts to 240 volts AC, making the SensoTouch 3D ideal for international travel.

I'm not a big fan of electric shavers, I find them to provide a less than perfect shave - leaving blotches of hair and not being close enough, this electric shaver, however, is in my opinion the closest you can get to a razor shave.
I have been using it for the last month and I think that I'm now ready to provide an accurate and detailed review.
I have used these criteria to review this product:
Quality of shave, Ease of cleaning, Comfort level, Battery usage and Overall value for money.
The electric shaver in question excels in most of these areas:
Quality of shave
The new "3d" head, although gimmicky in title, is very percise and does not leave any area untreated, however, just like any other electric shaver, this too doesn't provide the close shave that can be attained by an actual razor shave.

Ease of cleaning
The detachable head is extremely easy to clean and really does come out clean when you are done, no place for the hairs to hide so to speak

Comfort level
The shaver fits perfectly in the hand and has a good feel to it, it feels like some thought was put into it's design and top quality materials were used in the manufacturing process.
This can also be observed by the incredibly silent operation, even after a month.

The battery lasts enough for a several shaves, and charging an empty battery is incredibly fast, can't ask for more in this department.

Value for money
Here's where it falls short - the price is high, and if you can afford it you get an high quality electric shaver at a premium, but for most of us, this is just not worth the money.

I love the process of shaving with a real razor because it's relaxing and there's a technique involved, but I hate doing it frequently because it takes time and it's somewhat messy. I actually shave very little, since my work doesn't require it. Now that I have the SensoTouch 3D, my coworkers are going to be shocked at how often I come in clean shaven.
Simply put, this is the best electric shaver I've ever owned! It's quiet, fast, and cuts extremely close.
I can't describe how impressive it is to have an electric razor that doesn't sound like a weed whacker. This guy sounds like a cell phone vibrating, very little noise at all. It's like getting a shave and a mini facial massage at the time.
I think it took less than 5 minutes for me to dry shave the first time, after charging the unit overnight. It was quick and painless. The hair on my neck grows in a strange pattern and typically large amounts of hair get missed, if I use anything other than an actual razor. The SensoTouch 3D got most of the hair all the other electric shaver usually miss. I did have to go over the area a few times and that did cause a little irritation after the fact, but I think that's typical for using any new shaver for the first time.
Clean up is a awesome. The hair gets collected into the unit while you use it, so very little if any hair lands in the sink (big points on the "Wife Score" chart). Then when you need too, you simply pop open the shaving heads and rinse this bad boy under the water. It couldn't be easier or more efficient. Plus, the ability to both dry and wet shave is great feature.
I can't recommend this enough!!

this is a very eye catching, light in weight and smooth to use shaver. it provides very close shaves especially with shaving foam. it charges fast and has a reliable charge indicator. the only drawbacks i found are the blades are not close enough to the edge (like my old 7775X) to trim off the hairs near the nose. also the three heads have to be individually opened for cleaning. though this is no biggie. overall a pretty good shaver. im glad i didnt spend the extra 100 for the bells and whistles of the advanced model.

There are better choices
This product is not the quality I expected from Norelco. The shave quality is poor and the pop up trimmer is joke. There are much better choices then this.

Great razor, cheap charger
Everything is fantastic about this product -- except for an absolutely horrible charger. If you travel, it will break: guaranteed. It is only meant for a fixed location.
