Faulty TV,

We purchased the TV in November and by the time we got o January we had problems witht he Picture. Whenever the tv was turned on we would get multitude of little multicolor lined grid of the program we were trying to watch. We woudl have to turn off and turn ont he tv multiple times to get htis to go away. We contacted Phillips and they decided to give us a newer model becasue the part needed for this tv is on backorder and it is not guranteed that it will come in ever.
I wish the problem happened sooner so that I could have returned it to the orignal place of purchase. This will be our first anfd last time buying a Phillips TV. Btw, we did not purchase the TV from Amazon.com |
