Experience with this unit
The quality of construction of this unit is good and it is very easy to use. The built in speaker is a nice feature but seems under powered and there are no tone controls. The unit also does not have the ability to pull in a good signal in hilly areas so listening can be frustrating in a remote location. Also electrical interferance can be a probelm. But overall quality...

The quality of construction of this unit is good and it is very easy to use. The built in speaker is a nice feature but seems under powered and there are no tone controls. a nice little radio,

Controls are well designed, sound quality is fine for a radio this small; a nice little radio for my desk (which is what I was looking for). My only complaint: raido reception isn't very good unless the headphones are plugged in (to serve as an FM antenna), undermining the nice-little-self-contained-package effect.
