This review is from: Philips Accessories #M64008 10" TV Swivel Base (Electronics)

Product does not swivel easily at all. In fact, it would be the equivalent of putting your tv on a block of wood and trying to swivel it. My tv only weighs maybe 30 or 40 pounds and the base is supposed to support tv's up to 100 pounds. It was a waste of ten bucks.
