These phones look great and are loaded with features. The HD voice coils are nice and the speakerphone is great except for a small echo on the other end, however the communication from the receiver to the base unit is poor at best. If the phone has less than a full charge, it will loose connection to the base before the second ring of an incoming call can sound. Buyer beware.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worthless Phones, December 12, 2008
This review is from: Philips CD4502B/17 DECT Series Dual Cordless Phones with High Def Voice (Office Product)
I bought this phone in August and twice I had to change the batteries and once again the batteries are out. The spreaker phone is muffled and hard to understand. Not a good product, buy something else.

1.0 out of 5 stars POOR Quality, November 4, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Philips CD4502B/17 DECT Series Dual Cordless Phones with High Def Voice (Office Product)
I bought this phone for my mother for Christmas last year... I should have read more of the reviews. Within 2 months she started having issues with the phone. Here is a list of all that is wrong with this horrible phone.
1. The sound quality sucks. The phone clicks while she's using it, which is not only annoying, but I miss half of what she's saying. It does this multiple times during a typical phone conversation.
2. The battery life is almost non existent. After 6 months one of the handsets just stopped charging- my mom was buying batteries constantly. She decided to try the rechargable batteries... DONT! Trust me- just dont.
3. About a month ago- one of the handsets just stopped working all together. Even though the phone is sitting on the base- it just doesnt charge anymore. Its ridiculous.
Needless to say, I'm buying her a new phone this year so she can have a decent phone conversation.
I'm highly disappointed with this phone.
