This is a deception on the part of the seller,

This review is from: Philips Digital Camera with Keychain (Electronics)
The seller claimed that the product is like new. When I received the camera, it looked very used and worn. There is a crack across the lense and there is white paint splatter on the black USB cord. The seller didn't include battery, which is supposed to come with the new product. I e-mailed the seller but got nothing in return.
