This unit locks up constantly, to the point where we have to shut down ALL power to the unit to even get our DVD out of it (this means shutting down power by going outside our home to our circut breaker box, due to our huge entertainment unit that is next to impossible to get behind). We have returned 4 of these systems and have reached the point of absolute frustration....save yourself such problems by spendng your money on a different and decent system, not this one.
