I spent a long time perusing iPhone 4 cases, ordered 3, and ended up choosing this one. The great things about it are that it's durable, it covers all but the ringer on/off button, it has a clear back melded seamlessly to the rubberized bumper-like sides, and it's not bulky. There are thinner cases out there, but they offer less protection.

My one complaint is that the front screen protector that this case comes with is substandard, in two primary ways. First, the film does not have a hole cutout for the front-facing camera. Second, and more important to me, the film is not cut precisely to the iPhone 4's dimensions--it was just a little long and a little wide. That made ensuring a seal without air bubbles impossible--air crept in no matter how well I applied the screen (because the edges of the film touched the egdes of the iPhone).

Bottom line: great case, but buy a separate screen protector.

I got a defected piece in the shipment, the so called 'Hard Case' had scratches on it's back, already. When I called their customer service, I was not given proper reply. They even refused to provide me any reference to mention that conversation in my future calls. They just told me to send it back, but it was not clear that, who is going to pay for the shipment back to their place. ultimately, I just had it thrown in the corner of my room, with out ever using it. Money, totally wasted.

This case is good but unfortunately the edge where the iPhone connector connects is annoyingly soft. I feel it can easily be severed. This is worth one star.
