4.0 out of 5 stars Works great!
I bought this a few weeks ago because the converter box won't work well without an antenna, and was worried when I realized I only had 1 jack on the tv and converter box, but it was no problem! I connected the ohm Transformer to my converter box and get channels 2 to 68 (same channels my friends get). It also dramatically improved the quality of the image I was receiving...

1.0 out of 5 stars Have to buy extra parts to use with any TV less than 20 years old!

This review is from: Philips SDV2115/27 Indoor Passive UHF/VHF/FM/HDTV Antenna (Electronics)

Or, as the instructions tell you, purchase a specialty item, NOT INCLUDED, that combines the signals. Seriously?

With what comes in the box, this antenna is made to work with TVs that have separate vhf and uhf inputs... which I beleive went away in the 80s.

I might get the band separator just to see if anything's improved.
