If you spend a considerable amount of time on the phone, as I do, please do not consider purchasing this product. It is annoyingly difficult to dial, as often times the numbers do not register. Then you have to chose which line you'd like to use even though you only have 1 line. Then, it will randomly turn off--not because of the battery mind you--it just shuts off or displays the word searching..... Three minutes in, you are still trying to dial out for a phone call which takes less time. There is a very long list of annoying qualities this phone has so let me leave you with this....This is the MOST UN-USER FRIENDLY phone I have EVER used. I saw some reviews re: sound quality and honestly I dont care how good the sound quality is if I can dial out. This phone is a big enough investment that you should be happy with it and mark my words you will not be!

I returned this phone primarily due to poor receiver voice quality. The keys are also hard to press, causing mis-dials. Speaker phone is good.

Sound quality was horrible with echo and static. Also had very limited number of ring tone selections.
