Stay away from Philips Products like a plague. The packaging and the warranty card clearly states "Limited Lifetime Warranty" on the item, but the supervisor (First Name: Vaegas) says it's only valid if it's not working when you bring it out of the box (isn't that what the 30 day store/online return policy is for), but if you use it, the warranty is no longer valid... I'm not sure what these people are on, but that is not what Limited Lifetime Warranty means. I'm just glad; I did not purchase something really expensive, like a TV to find this out.
Terrible Customer service. Shame on you Philips.
