I love this wall mount for my flatscreen tv.

It was the easiest thing in the world to attach to the wall and hang the tv on, and the genius of it all is how simple the concept is. Most other mounts I looked at were hardcore for mounting either only into cinderblock walls (seriously - who has those?) or only one side of the mounting plate could be attached to a stud because the mounting plates were smaller than the space between the studs leaving the other side to tear free of of the drywall (I wasn't about to screw plywood to my wall in some dumb attempt to reinforce the drywall). Also, you basically hang the tv on the mount as if you were hanging a picture, so you don't slide the tv in from the side but from above. That was also great for me as my tv is in a recessed alcove and sliding it in from the side just wasn't an option.

Buy this mount for drywall! You will love it! And it's less expensive than the others I looked at.

Bought this because it looks easy to hang. Unfortunately, it does not include M8 screws, only M4 and M6 screws so it does not work with our 40" Samsung LED. Make sure you read the owner's manual of your TV before you buy and then check the Philips Web site to see if the included parts match your needs.
