4.0 out of 5 stars MORE THAN HOPE - HELP IN THIS BOTTLE, July 28, 2004
Some years back wasn't there an ad for a skin remedy that included the phrase the pain of psoriasis? I know, I know, all of you are far too young to remember. Nonetheless, I'd take a leaf from that today and say the angst of adult acne. Yech!

Well, if you're plagued by that or clogged pores, there's more than hope in this bottle - there's help. In the past one of the problems has been that adults were using juvenile products for treatment. While perhaps helpful these products did nothing to treat the aging process.

Hope in a Bottle is specifically for adult acne and oily skin, keeping pores free of bacteria and other clogging impurities. In this case, cleaner = clearer.

You'll see the difference!

4.0 out of 5 stars A breath of fresh air and fresh skin!, April 17, 2007
After spending oodles of money on prescriptions and years of dermatologist visits, I finally found this product and am thrilled beyond relief. While the product has some mixed reviews, I've had nothing but success. I used ProActive for many years and, while it made a huge difference, this product sealed the deal on keeping my skin clear. At 25, finding a product like this is a huge relief.

The only drawback that I have encountered is that particularly during the winter my skin became a bit dry, but I counteracted that by using the product only in the morning, and using a heavy moisturizer at night. I have yet to have a breakout since starting on the product six months ago.

I've already purchased a few bottles of this to have as backups and am never without it. A must try for anyone who is still struggling with maintaining clear skin.

4.0 out of 5 stars This has cleared up my skin!, March 20, 2009

I was using Hope in a Jar by Philosophy but I was breaking out. My skin isn't really that oily but I do have the occasional breakout. Because there is oil in the Hope in a Jar I decided to switch with this. Hope in a Bottle has no oil and is for 'problem skin'. This has helped a ton. You only have to use a little bit. I've had mine since October and I have more than half a bottle left. With the change in the weather the last couple weeks I've noticed that my skin is a little too dry. So I've been using this during the day and I switch to Hope in a Jar at night because it's a little more moisturizing. Overall I am very happy with this product.
