Good Reading,
By
This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
When I first looked at the book a military friend of mine gave a copy to read. I thought it was to complex to get into because I wasn't familar with a lot of the terminalogy. After staying with this the book I found it wasn't just a history lesson on Ancient Egypt it also talked about capitalism, democracy, HIV and other contempory issues. It may take a while to grasp the concept but overall I think it's a very good book

A True Spokesperson for the Ancestors,
By Khat Ta-Ra Pe (Chicago) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
I've read Medu Neter I & II, Egyptian Yoga, and several other books on the ancestors (KEMETIC / ancient egpytian) spiritual vision of life. This Book by far is the most detailed in the information, and extremely holistic in its approach of outlining and combining contemporary issues such as the 'creation' of AIDS, Capitalism, Foreign Policy, Secret Societies (illuminati) and Pan Africanism, to the structure of Kemetic (ancestral) thought and behavior. The research that Brother MaaXeru Tep has compiled is overwelming. I thank him for presenting information that FINALLY connects ALL the dots. Hotep

A VERY IMPORTANT WORK,
By JOHN POSTELL (Los Angeles, Cal) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
The information in this book is overwhelming. The author does an excellent job connecting all aspects of physical life to ONE common spiritual purpose. A purpose that defines ROOTED African culture. I did not know that Kemetic (egyptian) philosophy was so dynamic. The more I read, the more necessary I felt it was for ALL African people to return to OUR Kemetic Roots.

A must read for all afrikans..,

This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
This book exposes the lies that have been imposed on society concerning the afrikan and his contributions the world. Myself, being "mis-Educated" in the sciences of electrical engineering, found this book bridging the gaps that were purposefully created by this euro-gentile socio-political system that is dominating the globe... reconnecting the gaps between creation.. man.. science.. nature.. the stars.. and GOD... i thank GOD 4 the wisdom of our ancestors and for the authors ability 2 allow them to minister this WORD through him.. Peace...

Maat Kemetic -Soulism,
By Ta-Ra-Ti (Roanoke Rapids, NC United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
I've been studying Kemetic concepts and rememberance for over 10 years. This book seems to compile all those years of understanding into focus. It is a must read for anyone interesting the the root spiritual purpose of Kemet and how it compares to other sprititual systems. It explains the Diabolical System of Global Europeanism better than anything I've seen.

EXCELLENT!,
By Carla (New Orleans, Louisiana United States) - See all my reviews

A must read for African Americans! It's like our "bible"! Well worth the price! This book along with The Isis Papers and The Mis-education of the Negro are my favorites! But what I really like about this book are the various topics it covers which are relevant today and for the future. Thank you so much Maaxeru Tep! You're a genius!

Review,
By Mr.H.Smith (Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Philosophy Of Maat Kemetic-Soulism (Paperback)
Although a good book with a valid thesis, the constant repetition of the thesis can begin to bore the reader. There are some things the author said I didn't agree with. For one the romanticizing of Africa can be a little misleading. The author didn't go into great detail as to why the Africans left Africa and traveled to other parts of the world. If Africa was 'all that' like the author makes it seem then why did they leave in the 1st place? I heard from a lot of sources where poor weather conditions may have been the main reason why the Africans had to leave Africa. Second, the author implies that he's against world exploration and that the ancient Africans should've stayed in Africa. I agree they should have never ventured into ice age Europe but black people have done wonderful things all over the world, not just in Africa. There are also many other beautiful parts of the world than Africa.
Also the author's solution that black people should just move to Africa is not a real solution. First off most black people in America (who are descandants of slaves) came from West Africa, not Egypt and then Egypt wasn't even the place of human origin. What about Cush(Ethiopia), Nubia and Kenya? What about the Creoles who came from France but still are classified as "black" by whites? What about the Black Californians who were already native to California before slavery? In fact, the Black Californian fought until the late 1800's to maintain control of their ancestral lands from the settlers. What about the Moors from Spain who still identify themselves as Moors? Should they just block out their own culture and heritage just because they originate from Africa? To me that makes Tep's views no more different than white supremacists by telling people who he thinks they are and where they should be instead of respecting the peopel's wants. Furthermore Tep is not considering that it is not that simple to just pack up and move to a place like Africa that has so many problems. And then again exactly where in Africa? Africa is a big place, should blacks just pick and choose an African country they want to represent even when they can't trace their roots back to any particular African country? Also many Africans don't even like African Americans and don't consider them to be of them. So in my opinion the solution will have to be worked out where blacks are currently living. Blacks need to learn to work and come together here and that a mental change is more important than a physical move to another country. Unfortunately many blacks still have the mental chains on and refuse to take them off. I do agree that the "white Jesus" and "Christinsanity" has actually messed up the black mind than helped and that since many of the world's popular religions are based on fraud and bloodshed that Spirituality should be practiced more. But then again religion is too embedded in most blacks and many will refuse to acknowledge any other belief system even if it is of African origin. |
