If you are familiar with the Phiten products, this is a narrower more elegant version with an easier to use clasp. Otherwise it is similar to their other products.

do not buy anything from this merchant the phiten x30 mirror titanium necklace 20 inch was fake and he gave me wrong size not 20 but 17 inch and i want refund he did not gave it to me because he lives in CARACAS VENEZUELA , he did not have address in USA so i waste my money he is really a CON

Do NOT get the 18 inch. Get the 20 or 22, it is much better as these tend to shrink a tad when soaked in water. Realized that after a few showers whille wearing it. The connecter is very strong and the prongs appear to be very hard to bend. Also, it locks securely and does not take to much effort to detach when connected.

Seemed to have actually worked for me. Had some sore neck muscles that were bothering me longer than normal. Recieved the necklace and soreness appears to have gone away. Looks nices also but kinda wish i woulda saved some money and got a different style for a little less though.

I had read some reviews that said this helped with headaches. I knew this would be too good to be true since I suffer from daily/chronic migraines since 2004. Sorry, but they do NOT help with headaches...but it does look great.

I liked the way it looked. I am an athlete so I would wear it constantly to see if it would affect my performance unfortunately lost within the first month as the clasp was not designed for contact sports like football. Not sure if it really worked, but probably will not be buying another one.
