The Phiten products confound me - at first I thought of them like the gimmicky copper or magnetic bracelets that you see all over the place nowadays. I grabbed one from Amazon during a sale as an impulse buy and so far I have been completely impressed by the amount that they actually do work.

They're not a miracle cure - if you have arthritis or carpel tunnel, these various necklaces, bracelets and braces will not suddenly remove all pain, however they may lessen down a degree or two.

I have constant shoulder and knee issues - both joints literally grind when I move them around in my socket. Most of the time, the feeling is more of an annoyance, not a "pain" - like someone constantly leaning on your shoulder. When my joints feel that way, wearing the Phiten items makes the pain go away completely enough that I don't notice it. When my joints actually hurt - a dull ache such as during wet weather - wearing the Phiten products drops it down to the level of a "presence". In other words, I can still feel my joints being "grumpy," but it's not as bad as needing to take an Advil.

I also wear these during workouts and while it is absolutely not a replacement for a good stretch routine, it does seem to help cut back on the after-workout soreness.

I am an electrican and this necklace really does help with my lower back problems! Well worth the money!

Bought for nephew for birthday. I guess there's a certain "cool"ness among young people who wear these things. Whatever. Anyway, I've worn one for about a year for the health benefits--haven't noticed a difference.

I'm sure this is all in my head. I dont believe in this witchcraft stuff. How can a fabric necklace help me with the arthritic pain in my neck and arm? Or the pain of the pinched nerve in my back? How can it help me lower this pain to the point whet I can sleep all night without the constant movement to relieve pain points in my legs? No way!

So the first night I slept all the way through and actually woke up rested. And the next. And the next. And the pain is still there but about 30% less.

I don't believe in this stuff. It has to be all in my head. But I don't care. It's helping me.

And I'm getting a couple more today to wear around my waist!

I bought this product to try it out and see for my self if it really worked, unfortunately i did not see an real results after wearing it for the last month.

This necklace seemed to make a difference for me in terms of decreased stiffness and soreness on a daily basis.

This necklace is a counterfeit fake -- do not purchase! Although this product is listed on Amazon as "by Phiten" and the description indicates it is a Phiten necklace, it is not. This necklace came in packaging with not a word of English on it -- all Chinese (or Japanese?) characters. Authentic Phiten comes in packaging from the USA written in English. If you look up the "how to spot a fake" section on the Phiten website, it says specifically that if the necklace is in packaging in a foreign language it is not authentic.

I am not sure about any health benefit yet. But, the wrist band and the necklace are quite comfortable and nice looking!

My nephew loves these necklaces and wanted the one with the metal clasp since the plastic ones have broken in the past.

The shipment came quickly and my nephew loved it!

This product is quickly becoming a must have for junior sports enthusiasts! I bought it for my son's 11 th birthday. He wears it nearly every day (not at night, nor during basketball games or practices). Not only is it stylish, my son claims that he no longer has any sports related aches and pains. Who is to say if the product does what it claims, but he thinks it works! I'm happy that he's happy with it.
