This text book is well written and easy to understand. It was not the book my school choose but I bought it anyway because of how it is written. It really makes me want to keep reading and learn.

This text is the text that is required for my phlebotomy course. It is well written and an easy read however I have found many issues with the study questions and certification exam preparation questions. I found that some answers were not found in the text but only in the answers portion of the book. Also many of the answers given in the back of the book directly conflict with the text itself. If you carefully read the chapters and study them prior to answering the questions, the mistakes are quite obvious.

I am into my fourth week of phlebotomy class and this is the book the school uses. I love this book. In fact, I read more than half the book before classes began. It's interesting, and easy to understand yet full of useful, much needed information. It is very well organized. There are questions at the end of each chapter plus certification exam questions in multiple choice format after each chapter with answers in the back. Also at the back of the book there are 150 exam certification questions so you can get a pretty good idea of how you might score for your certification. I go to these exam questions frequently as a way of retaining the info I am learning from week to week.

This book was used for the Phlebotomy course I took last year. I found it to be a great book and straight to the point. It also highlights the topics you really need to know. Some Phlebotomy books wander around and try too hard to be "clinical" which they fail at. This book was more of an outline of need to know. I bought another book for review before I took the ASCP exam. That book was total garbage and most of the answers to the exam are in this book. So if you want a good review before taking an expensive exam like ASCP re-read this book or just buy this for review. Do not buy review books, they do not cover a single topic on that exam. I highly recommend this book for learning, review, and reference.

This book was ordered for an on-line course, and was an excellent study guide/tool. The book arrived in excellent condition.

The text was VERY helpful when learning phlebotomy; I especially loved the inserted tab in the back that outlined the vials. I needed a quick turn around when I ordered the book and I received an excellent quality book VERY quickly with regular shipping (less than a week).

This super book was purchased as a gift for my son. With this superbly written and illustrated book he easily passed his class. The book was simply amazing. The authors really know the subject. Many thanks to their writing ability/knowledge. Highly recommend this book.

This book came in satisfactory condition. The price was excellent and it arrived in just a few days. I do think that if I was going to order it again, I would order a new one for only $10.00 more. It is a workbook and manual. Therefore, there is a lot of writing in it. Also, it is a paperback, so naturally it was a little "beat up".
