5.0 out of 5 stars
Superb prog rock with gorgeous female vocals!,
This review is from: Phoenix (Audio CD)
This album may have come out in 1982 but it sounds very close and similar to mid 70's era Renaissance with Annie Haslam, or Illusion with Jane Relf. The female vocalist, Marion Weldert, sounds remarkably like Annie Haslam and has a beautiful and gorgeous voice. The music is very melodic but still has the progressive sounds of those bands mentioned above. This German band only released two albums, and the second album, called "Labyrinth," has yet to be released on CD anywhere as far to my knowledge and I've searched the internet but to no avail.
Any fan that likes Renaissance with Annie Haslam from the early to mid 70's and even later, would love this CD by Rebekka, it is an awesome album! Glenn Signal Hill, CA
